FREE Half-Day Retreat (Media Day)

Sunday, September 15th from 12:00-4:00 pm, I am hosting a FREE event at Zen House Yoga studio.

Why?

People always ask me what happens at events and retreats, I don’t have much content to share because, well, I’m working!

I’ve hired someone to do a content shoot of me in action so people can see and get a feel for what it’s like to join a retreat.

There are only 6 spots available and when they’re gone, they’re gone!

If you are interested and comfortable with photos of you being used on my website and social media, I would love to have you join us!

It will be like any other event, just with a few extra bodies moving around to capture the magic.

We’ll do a sacred cacao ceremony, guided meditation, conscious connective breath, and mediumship readings + intuitive healings!
